New Timeslot!
Fret Net is moving to a new time and day. This will be our last Monday night show.
From June, we will be in the new timeslot of Tuesdays at 7pm - 8pm. That's right, We'll be on earlier, but we'll only have one hour.
I'd like to thank all my loyal listeners for your support and I hope that you'll still be able to tune in to the new timeslot.
Please feel free to give me some feedback on the change via e-mail or the guestbook.
Joe Bonamassa - You & Me
This track, Tea for One, is an old Led Zeppelin song.
Deep Purple - Made in Japan
A nice long track, Child in Time, from the classic live album.
Al Di Meola - Casino
Senor Mouse has some of the tastiest guitar playing you'll ever hear. I love that palm muting!
José De Castro - Conversation
Here's the title track, Conversation, from José's new CD. It's lovely.
Electrocution 250 - Electric Cartoon Music From Hell
What's this? A piano solo? On a guitar show? I'm sure you'll enjoy Looney Tune - Piano Solo. It's fun!
Julien Kasper Band - The New Imperial
Julien gives the impression he can play anything. Here's two tracks from his new CD for you: The JB Groove and 8 to 11.
Shawn Lane / Jonas Hellborg / Jeff Sipe - Temporal Analogues of Paradise
Last week I played the 32-minute track 1st Movement. This week I'll play the slightly shorter 2nd Movement. You listeners sure get it good on Fret Net! :)
Rare Blend - Stops Along the Way
A little fusiony, just the way I like it. Here's Wuhan Incident from the new CD.
Rush - Hemispheres
These guys claim that La Villa Strangiato is an exercise in self-indulgence. Perfect!
Scorpions
I'll play you a couple of tracks from some of their early albums featuring Michael Schenker and Uli Jon Roth.
